# Pick, pack, and ship orders

> Fulfill orders from warehouse or store with pick lists, multi-pick, packing confirmation, and shipping handoff in Leara.

Leara connects order information directly to warehouse operations so your team can pick, pack, and ship without switching between systems. Orders are assigned to the right warehouse or store, and the status follows each step.

## Pick items for an order

    In the Leara web app or mobile app, open the order and view the pick list. Each item shows the storage location so staff know where to go.

    Orders can be picked from the central warehouse, a local warehouse, or a store. The order keeps the channel and warehouse information together.

    Mark items as picked to update the order status and reserve the stock correctly.

## Pack and confirm

When picking is complete, the same order moves to packing. The packer sees what the shipment should contain and confirms the contents before the package is closed. This creates a clear record between what the customer ordered and what the warehouse actually packed.

## Multi-pick for efficiency

Several orders do not have to mean several trips through the warehouse. With multi-pick, you can collect items for multiple orders in a single picking round, then sort and pack them afterward. This means fewer steps and more done in less time.

## Hand off to shipping

When the order is packed, the information is ready for the shipping step. If you use a shipping integration, you can book the shipment directly from the order without re-entering data in another system.
