# Manage orders across all channels

> View, filter, and handle orders from e-commerce, POS, and other channels in Leara's unified order book. Track status and warehouse in real time.

Leara collects every order into a single order book so you can see what came in, where it should be picked, and what happens next. E-commerce, store, and other channels all feed into the same flow instead of living in separate systems.

## Find the orders you need

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the order list">
    Log in at [platform.leara.se](https://platform.leara.se/login) and open **Orders** (Ordrar).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter by status or channel">
    Use filters to narrow the list by status (for example New, Picking, or Pickup) or by sales channel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open an order for details">
    Click an order to see the full line items, customer information, assigned warehouse, and current status.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What you can do from the order book

* **Reserve stock** — when an order arrives, Leara reserves the items at the right warehouse or store so the next sale uses the current balance.
* **Split or handle manually** — if items are not all in the same place, the order can be split or handled manually.
* **Track invoices** — view invoice status alongside orders when your ERP integration is connected.

<Note>
  Orders from e-commerce platforms flow into Leara automatically after checkout. Store orders created in the POS appear the same way.
