# Manage product data in Leara

> Structure and enrich your assortment in Leara with variants, groups, attributes, brands, suppliers, and images so every channel gets the right product information.

Leara gives your assortment a richer product model than a typical business system built for accounting. You can group products, create variants, add attributes, connect brands and suppliers, and manage images so every channel gets the right information.

## Structure your assortment

A product in Leara is more than an article number and a price. You can describe the relationships your assortment actually has:

* **Variants** — a t-shirt in multiple sizes, a chair in multiple finishes.
* **Groups** — organize products into categories that make sense for your business.
* **Attributes** — properties customers need to understand before purchase.
* **Brands and suppliers** — connect the parties behind each product.
* **Images** — the visual content your e-commerce needs to present the product.

If a connected system lacks a certain structure, that structure does not have to disappear from the rest of your commerce. Leara complements the systems around it with the product structure retail needs.

## Enrich once, use everywhere

When product information is collected in Leara, it can be reused by surrounding systems. Leara takes in data from connected systems, enriches it, and mirrors it back. Your business system can continue handling its part of the product, while your e-commerce gets access to the richer structure it needs. You do not have to build your entire product model around the limits of a single system.

## Product data meets inventory

In Leara, the product register meets operational inventory. The same articles are used when goods are received, counted, reserved, moved, and picked. This creates a clearer link between what you sell, what you have, and what is happening with it. Product data becomes part of daily operations, not a separate administrative register.

## Office and warehouse in sync

The product register is managed from Leara's web interface, while the same data follows staff into operational flows on the iOS and Android apps. When someone scans a product during stocktaking, picking, or receiving, they work against the same platform the office uses for products, orders, and inventory.
