# Smart receiving: AI reads delivery notes, your team counts

> How Leara smart receiving uses AI to read delivery notes and match them to purchase orders, while your team still counts and confirms every delivery.

Smart receiving lets Leara read incoming delivery documents for you. Photograph or upload the delivery note, and Leara reads it and matches the lines to your purchase order, so you do not have to type everything in by hand.

## How it works
