Connect your ERP or business system to Leara so you can use existing product and inventory data in your daily operations. Leara handles the operational work with products, inventory, and orders, while accounting and invoice status stay in the ERP.
1

Prepare the connection

Make sure you have access to the correct company in the ERP and permission to approve the integration. For systems other than Fortnox, first check whether an integration is available and which flows it supports.
2

Review your data

Go through articles and inventory in the ERP. Clear article numbers and a well-structured warehouse setup make it easier to verify the information when it is pulled into Leara. Note any duplicates or data that needs correction. Avoid manually creating the same information in Leara before you know what the integration imports.
3

Connect Fortnox

Follow the Fortnox connection guide and approve the access the integration needs. Make sure the connection applies to the correct company. Once connected, import products and inventory and check the result in Leara.
4

Clarify what syncs

A connection does not mean all information is automatically shared both ways. Review which data flows are used and where changes should be made. This is especially important for product details and inventory levels, so the same data is not updated in parallel across systems.
5

Verify the first transfer

Pick a few familiar articles and compare the data in Leara with the source in the ERP. Check that the connection applies to the correct company, expected articles and warehouses were imported, article numbers and names match, inventory levels are correct for the included warehouses, and no unexpected duplicates were created. Investigate any discrepancies before making manual corrections or restarting the transfer.

What syncs

  • Products and articles: Article numbers, names, and related product data import from the ERP into Leara.
  • Inventory levels: Stock balances for connected warehouses sync into Leara’s operational inventory view.
  • Order and invoice status: Leara manages operational orders; accounting and invoice status remain in the ERP.

Supported systems

Leara works with leading ERP systems including Fortnox, Business Central, Visma, Monitor, and SAP.

Common problems

  • Wrong company connected: Always verify the company before approving the integration.
  • Missing articles or warehouses: Check that the expected data exists in the ERP and that the integration scope includes it.
  • Duplicates after import: Investigate the cause before cleaning up. Restarting the transfer without fixing the root cause can recreate the duplicates.
